You -can- have it all, quantity, AND good quality, very good value for money. I can't speak for other restaurants from this same chain, but I have visited this restaurant about 5 times now, and I know I will go back again. The pros? Many! Above all, it's very clean. I love sushi and there is a pretty good variety. There is an extensive choice of raw fish and meats, for you to pick and hand over to the grill chefs, they will then bring it cooked to your table, no need to tip. In addition to the all-you-can-eat buffet, as part of the meal, they also come to your table several times with a choice of two or three pasta or risotto dishes, and then they also come to your table with several choice cuts of carving meats on a skewer, for you to choose, Brazilian restaurant style.
Finally, they offer toasted pineapple covered in cinnamon on a skewer, like a kebab, it's a delightfully digestive dessert option. All the above is included in the price.
For kids, there is play area, kids friendly food, and of course ice cream, as well as lemon or strawberry sorbetto for more grown up children, if you want to 'clean your palate', as they say, between courses.
The cons? It's very popular with business lunch people and families alike, it gets busy! For special holiday dates, you may want to reserve a table. If you have trouble walking, just make sure you ask for a table where you are not too far away from the buffet. If you are lucky enough, you will be helped by Julia, a very helpful and knowledgeable member of staff there.

This is a very large restaurant with good food. It is a cheap place for eating lots of food. Even though it is a all you can eat buffet they provide good enough quality. I was surprised by the meat level and the pastas were good (not italian good, the were internation pasta good)

All you can eat buffets have the tendency to have quantity over quality. This one clearly isn't one of those. There is indeed a huge quantity of different meals, from Italian to Japanese food, but the quality and freshness of each product is clearly one of the best I have tasted in this type of place. Highly recommend it!
