Easy and comfortable. Great breakfast and comfortable beds. Nice service, and really efficient check in due to a code sent to your e-mail. Our room key hanged visible when we came in the door. Even a big kitchen and a commen room that you could use.

It doesn't look like much from the outside, but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was small but functional, and it had everything we needed. They accommodated an early check-in, which was much appreciated after a red-eye flight. Breakfast was great.

A fine hotel for a moderate price! Better with a car rental, but city bus stop and tour bus pickup very near. Great breakfast, plus a fabulous coffee machine. Small kitchen for guest use on 2nd floor, which is good because food is really expensive. Comfortable beds, too. Clean and nice.

A really nice and clean hotel. Beds are very comfortable, bathroom is clean and modern. The water smells like sulfur, but you get used to it. That being said, it's really good on your skin and hair, my hair is long and no conditioner was needed. Same to the skin. Also ok to drink, we refill our bottles from tap water in the bathroom. Breakfast is 7 to 9, could be later though, after nights chasing Northern Lights we wanted to sleep in. But the second floor has a community kit chen where you can cook your own food or have coffee, tea, etc, and it's very well equipped. You can self check after hours with a given code in your email to get in through the side door. After passing the stairs, keys will be on the right hand side rack. Overall, I'm highly satisfied, second time here.

Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The best part is that this hotel is local and family owned!! I came in late one evening with my boyfriend as we had an issue with our Airbnb and the owner had a room for us and was so accommodating and nice. Breakfast was always delicious and the shared kitchen for guests upstairs was nice as we got the chance to cook and not always eat out! Rooms are always kept clean. And the location is only a bus ride away from downtown Reykjavík. Thank you T10!!!

Very clean rooms. Decent size bathroom, but could have used a shelf and shower handrail in the bathroom. Great breakfast. Made good use of the kitchenette as meals were very expensive in Iceland. Close to a bus line.

It was nice and clean and what I expected! I would definitely stay again. About 20 minutes from Reykjavík. It was self check in and that went smoothly. They have a parking lot available but it was small so we had to park across the street. The free breakfast was nothing special but good enough for me!

Great place to stay, there is a little fridge in the room so you can keep some grocery stuff as well. Very clean and tidy, close to Reykjavík with few diners around in walk in distance. There is also kitchen upstairs which is very helpful if you want to take some food or hot drinks for a longer trips. Would definitely come back next time to the same hotel.

Easy, self-service hotel. Very warm with decent breakfast. Only criticism is the pillow was naff. Excellent location if you've hired a car.

I reccomend this hotel for anyone who is hiring or has their own transport. The cheapest rooms on the ground floor were not that great but the rooms we had on the first floor were good. Lots of room with a fridge in each. The kitchen area was a good social setting and with there being two supermarkets within 5 mins walk we were able to keep costs down by making our own meals. Driving into the city only took 20 mins and even for a first time driver on wrong side of road I found driving around Iceland reasonably easy. The hotel isn't pristine, it could do with some TLC but with the things that did need fixing they were sorted straight away after a phone call. The site is in what feels like a business park but this wasn't a problem as we were out all day and it was quiet at night. Look out for the naked men in the building opposite!

Clean room, easy to access after hours from a red-eye flight. Quiet area, not far from the sights we wanted to see in Iceland. Great base of operations!

The T10 is a great place for what you pay, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is nothing special but it has all the basics or you have two supermarkets walking distance if you prefer to buy you food and it's cheap.

The staff was amazing, nice breakfast buffet, very clean rooms. A perfect place to rest your weary self for half the price of other rooms.
