well if you are looking for a hotel, I'm afraid you will be disappointed, cause it's not a hotel by any standard. Saying that, however, it is a beautiful, old suite in rocks in which you will find all the comforts of modern life from high speed WiFi to running hot water, tv, washing machin, etc., All in all it's better than a hotel in some aspects, but it is not a hotel.
You will have a good view from the surrounding, that by the way, is an ancient community who have carved their homes and stable for their domestic animals in conical rocks, saving the fields for their agriculture. People here are very welcoming, but business people. So behind any gesture they expect to sell you something.

We stayed one night on this rock diged room.Everything was perfect!The rooms,bathroom and toilet are clean.There is washing machine,tea maker,hair dryer.Dont doubt to choose this place to stay you will enjoy!!!

عالی بود. بسیار شیک و زیبا.
فقط رسیدید کندوان سبک برید بالا. همه وسایل لازم نیست ببرید. بعدش هم از آقاسینا خرید کنید

تورال یک سوییت با امکاناتی بسیار خوب و با کیفیت است ، اتاقها ،حمام و سرویس بهداشتی بسیار تمیز و مورد قبول میباشد ،حتی امکاناتی همچون چای ساز، لباسشویی، سشوار و مودم اینترنت هم در این مکان وجود داره ، رفتار مالک این مجموعه جناب رئیسی هم بسیار مودبانه و خوب است ..در کندوان شاید تمیز ترین و بهترین سوییت برای اقامت دو تا شش نفر این سوییت میباشد ..فقط نکته قابل توجهی که باید در نظر گرفت، شیب تند و نفسگیر مسیر رسیدن به سوییت از محل پارک خودرو هست، لذا افراد مسن و دارای بیماری تنفسی و قلبی و یا کسانی که زانو و پا درد دارند ، با مشکل مواجه خواهند شد.

خونه سنگی رویایی و خیلی تمیزی بود و امکاناتش هم خوب بود
ولی صبحونه نداشت و وسواس میزبان آزاردهنده بود
رفتار میزبان اصلن در حد خونه اش نبود
ما نوروز اومدیم اینجا و چند ساعت یه بار یه برف سبکی هم میومد
۳ ستاره رو بخاطر فضای روستا و خونه سنگیهاش به اینجا دادم

Kandovan is an ancient village in Sahand Rural District in the Central District of Osku County, East Azerbaijan Province, northwestern Iran. It is situated in the foothills of Mount Sahand, near the city of Osku. At the 2006 census, the village population was 601, in 168 families. The village exemplifies manmade cliff dwellings which are still inhabited. source
