Akbar Tourist Guest House

It was a great experience in this hostel. The owners are very kind and helpful, we shared interesting talks together. The hostel has a nice terrace where you can relax or eat. I would love to come back at some point to this same place, specially to see the owners again.

Akber itself is a wise old man who can speak English fluently.. very strict and caring man .. Very cheap rooms .. for bag packers and tourist is recommended

Akbar is a nice guy and speaks good english. Everything is relaxed and bikers are welcome. Barber and Market is next door.

Akbar is the old-school dude. He speaks perfect english, an absolute treat to talk to and converse with, very informative and funny. His knowledge of Bam surpasses all the young wannabe tourguides, and knows the best views of the citadel for photos and great locations for sunset. He has been operating his guesthouse since well before the eartquiake and has many great stories to share. Stay here and enjoy Bam.

Non siamo rimasti a dormire perché ospitati da amici, ma essendo conosciuto come punto di riferimento per viaggiatori, siamo andati da lui a chiedere informazioni per attraversare la frontiera col Pakistan. È una persona gentilissima e davvero positiva, ha moltissima esperienza e ha raccolto centinaia di racconti di viaggio in ventiquattro anni di attività... ha moltissime storie e consigli da dare e consiglio a chiunque di passare anche solo per un chai!
