Great rooms, nice breakfast, polite staff, great variety of room types, and good views.
Parking can become crowded during peak time. Its buffet breakfast offers nice meal which is preferred over other 5 star hotels. Hotel interior is nothing special compared to 5 star hotel standards. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
Pls note Hotel restaurant is quite bad (quite similar to governmentally run 3 star motel) and not recommended at all.

One of the best hotels in north of Iran. nice lobby with perfect view! staffs in traditional restaurant were so kind and well groomed. they neatly presented in clean, well fitted traditional uniforms. it was so important for me that they engage in a natural, friendly and interested manner. Miss.Mirani in reception did the best for us.
super nice Hotel!

Last week my family and I went to this resturant, we ordered 6 different dishes and all of them were delicious. The atmosphere was great, the staff were polite and helpful, and it was Iranian traditional decorated.

Good restaurants and tasty foods, beautiful scenery, kind crew, attractive decoration of rooms are part of positive points of this hotel. There is not any swimming pool, but distance from the sea is less than 10 min with car.

Superb hotel to stay... Beautiful specious rooms with all good amenities... Price is also very reasonable compared to rooms.. View from hotel and rooms is good.. They have 2 restaurant one of them is self service restaurant which is very good.. Lots of parking space. Good playing area for kids. Beautiful garden with fountains in front. Hotel location is very close to city.. Staff is very polite and speaks fluent English.. Overall very good place to stay..

This hotel is new,with 3 floor,parking space ,3 restaurants, coffeeshop and shops decoration on lobboies and rooms are really beautiful,all places are clean, rooms are tidy, sound proofs, view of green farms, also sitting place on balcony,staffs are polite and helpfull
Breakfast buffet is simple but good, has fresh juice, coffee and tea

Rooms are amazingly luxury and unforgettable as the built quality I would say unique among all Iran hotels ! In spite of very high prices which it deserves all others are superb to be recommended for your temporary stay in the North of Iran.

The food, the staff, the location all are excellent. There are three food options, a sit in, a buffet, and a take out. Local delicacies are served in addition to the usual Iranian food.

Hotel still is under constraints and not open but it must be beautiful and luxurious hotel. About the restaurant i should say tjwt one the best in babolsar with different menu of local foods and appetizers.

I stayed one night i wish i would like to stay more,rooms were so large ,so clean too..their breakfast wonderfull, staffs are so kind and helpfull..you will not regret for staying there
