It is a very well maintained complex. There is a huge podium in the middle. It looks wonderful from the top as you can see from the pictures. There is a huge swimming pool, community hall, playground, kids toys, garden, lakes, fountains and outdoor activity area. There is ample parking space and ample space to jog. THere is nice community hall which has a Spa, squash court, library, cafeteria, table tennis room and activity room. They has basement parking.
One of unique things is that all the rooms in the flats have wooden flooring. The construction quality is fantastik. The doors and windows provided are the best of qualities. Windows are sliding. Doors are long and thick. The main door almost reaches the ceiling.
Just beside the huge complex is Elita Vista Garden and opposite of it is Sukhobristi by Shapoorji Pallonji. There is a an upcoming property called Soul by PS Group which is under construction and expected to give hand over by 2023.
There is a shopping market around 10 to 15 mins walk from the property to buy vegetables and fruits and other necessities. There is plaza also where there are some restaurants, sweet shops, liquor store, stationery shop and Spencers.

This is my kids favorite place. The staff here is friendly and nice. They almost know us. Sometimes it is crowded and billing may take time but still it is good.

Overall a wonderful store to do your shopping. Staff is courteous most of the time but sometimes grumpy. Counters are fast but sometimes they don't open all counters which causes delays.

Less billing counters. Specially during 5pm to 9 pm. Often express billing counter is non - operational. Company is losing out sales volume. People like me who are leaving the shop empty handed due to billing issues. I am sure many customers are looking for alternatives due to long queue at the billing counter.

A perfect store for almost everything you want to buy. Groceries, vegetables, fruits, meats, fish, milk, beverages, alcohol, snacks, etc. Its crowded every day. So it might take few more minutes for shopping. Staffs are helpful and cooperative. You get attractive discounts on some products. It's open on all days. Over all a nice place for shopping.

Well it's grocery super market. Also they are selling basic clothes as well.
Update well it has fashion section and alcohol section as well now. And store's alignment was changed. Hopefully you will have good shopping experience

I live nearby and I'm in love with it. The weekend offers are what pleasant to the eyes and ears. But unfortunately the weekends are the most crowded days of the shop. You've to wait up in a line depending on how much items the consumers bought on the queue.
So it is better to buy on working days. You've to keep updating how long does the offer last else you've to pay a huge buck as the items are moderately expensive but the offers are quite catchy and tempted.
The plus point is the bonus credited back in your e-wallet.

Good place for buying groceries, home necessities, stationery. Decent collections of home appliances.
The meat store offers a variety of meat cut as per request. They don't fuss if you want to buy small quantity of meat or a specific part of meat. The seafood collection is limited but fresh. Halal meat is sold.
Recently opened liquor store has a good collection.

Well this particular Spencer’s is not loaded with all products like the ones in Town and Axis Mall, however for most common products this place is good, and checkout during the day time is usually fast and smooth.

Most useful place for Nearby residents of Shapoorji, newtown heights, Primarc, Elita Garden Vista and more places near to it.

Best place to shop, specially if you need different types of products. Clothes are awesome and good offers on occasions.

Love this retail. Huge collection of items ranging from appliances, cosmetics, groceries, fresh produce, gourmet, apparels and more. They often have in house offers, check with the store while buying. Located at the basement of the mall.
