This place is amazing with beautiful structure and view from the hotel. The view of the two towers connecting with a swimming pool on the 3rd floor looks stunning. The restaurant ambience is quite good and it is located on the 10th floor. Mostly people prefer a buffet as it serves a variety of dishes which is good as per price. You can hangout with family and friends and have a pleasant stay.

Smooth check in. Excellent amenities placed in the room. Wonderful views from the room windows. Ms. Vineeta is a very good hostess. Warm and kind. Loved her smile. The Executive Lounge has nice decor and wonderful people. Service has improved a lot. Food was delicious and the ambience of the restaurant was nice. All the staff at the restaurant were always on their toes.

Very nice and well decorated. I went there day before yesterday for a meet up and had a great experience. Everything is well maintained. Each and every corner is highly aesthetic. Ambience is superb.

We came with our team for lunch. It's good to book the table in advance.

They had great buffet options in city. We loved it. Grill shrimp, fish, chicken, prawn. live counters like grill, chat. Having a round table for dessert with sugar free option as well. Salads variety is also appreciated.

A Stellar Experience at Westin Kolkatta from 9th March to 11thMarch 2024.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Westin during our visit to Kolkata and we must say, it exceeded all our expectations

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

This reputation they have of offering a good breakfast spread did not disappoint us. Fresh hot food, live counters not to mention the patience they had taking all our requests. We were a party of 8. (Varied tastes )

The amenities were good. Had a relaxing time in the pool and the sauna. After a tired day temple hopping we were pampered at the dinner buffet too. Overall a good experience.

Tasteful decor and artistic ambience.

Loved the ambience. It is a nice place to stay with lovely view. I stayed with my family for 4 days and we had a wonderful experience. The food was tasty and staff was very friendly. Infact my room view was close to swimming pool and i enjoyed sitting beside the window. it was great experience. Must visit the restaurant

We went there on 12th March 24 for our office party. The location is quite good just 10 mins away from TCS Gitanjali Park. The service and the food was way better than expected, however for vegetarian people like me the options of starters are very less. We had a buffet party and we enjoyed a lot. The taste was awesome and the best part is their dessert. They have some huge collection of desserts. So this was the main attraction for me there.

Has a Good service, Great hospitality, Awesome room with city view, Delicious food, I left my mobile charger in the room after checkout - the staff was very nice they kept it and it was returned to me through courier service to Odisha.
Overall great experience would recommend others to go for this property and The food by Chinese Restraunt on 31st floor -Nori was extremely good , a must try.

I again stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. The hotel itself was fantastic, with great amenities and a convenient location. The hospitality provided by staff, including Ms. Diksha and Ms. Pritha at the reception / concierge was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable.

It's a gr8 place & one of the best in kolkata. They have a roof top resto bar which has the best view in town. Sadly the food options there are limited to pizzas & some mediterranean stuff

All 5 stars stay experience. Staff really good , right from security, reception, room service, the 10thfloor dining area staff. Rooms are well maintained, breakfast and dinner buffet menu had so many options. Really enjoyed my stay, still another 4 days to go.

The service as far as food and room maintenance is concerned was excellent. The chef and other representatives would come and enquire and would also ensure that we are comfortable.

My low rating for service is for the behavior of the hostess at the 10th floor breakfast hall on 3rd March at 7am.
I was stopped by her and told to go elsewhere though my company had arranged for our (dignitaries) meals including breakfast, in the hall on 10th floor. The lady in question lacks courteous behavior and was very rude.

Luckily for me another representative who was there clarified that I can have my breakfast there. I had it the previous day too. He was very courteous and helpful.

I went there with my siblings and friends and it was so mesmerizing. I basically went there to celebrate my birthday and they were so kind that have given us a delicious chocolate cake from their inner house bakery. I just loved the place. The cleanliness and view was amazing. Overall, it is a nice place to visit.

Great property, good views, Hospitable staff. 3 restaurants on premises which serve good food but are on the expensive side. Rooftop lounge is romantic and cozy. Apart from Eco Park nearby, not many things/attractions/shops etc. at walkable distance.

Excellent hotel with beautiful rooms and excellent concierge service. I booked tours with another agency before arriving here but Protik gave excellent suggestions to improve the experience. If not already booked I would have taken his tours instead

When I visit Kolkata the city of joy, this is the hotel of choice. The hotel is at a great location near to the offices and not very far from the airport. The rooms are always clean , the staff amazing and the service very positive and friendly. The hospitality extends to their breakfast buffet with recommendations from one of their chefs Pranab who was kind enough to make me try their specialities . His attention to details and eye for service is highly commendable. Rahul who is in the waiting staff team is very proactive and always does it with a smile. The food at the buffet is awesome. The only one thing I would say needs improvement is their approach to south Indian filter coffee ..surely a 'will visit again' place.

Good place to stay with family. Tasty food and very helpful staff. Must try place for a good ambience and tastier food.
