The quality of the products, fish, meet, they deliver are really good and in good shape. The meet and fish gets delivered on same day by 11-12 which is good and they are very fresh, definitely not stored or iced product. They deliver branded products too. Placing order online is so easy, wallet, credit card, debit card payment works very well, refund process is also good with my personal experience. They are frontline warriors delivering necessary goods on time during the pandemic situation. A shop I trust and I continue placing orders.

Excellent service. What I liked the most is their fish delivery. Fresh and tasty. Of course priced more than the normal, but right now at an affordable price. Hope they don't increase margins too much in the future. Thank you Team Cholas!!!

As far as I am concerned, this Cholas online supermarket has been doing its service in our area quite well and satisfactorily. Maybe in some days, due to circumstances and human error, used to happen by chance like every human-being in this world? There may be a slight delay. So, for that reason, the service they do reaching the commodities / items easily to our home, with heartfelt pride and courage, will lead them to continue to do well again and again. Satisfaction is my personal assurance that we will appreciate their Good facility of provision of dealings - Be forward to make them courageous - for sure - by which, in addition, they will do the service differently with advanced modes in near future.

They delivered product on time with proper care. Not very much satisfied with the products as written in the description. But still happy with the purchase.
