Very good place. Almost everything available here, opens 24/7 as per the name hints.
Atmosphere and construction theme is also nice. Butter croissant has been upgraded from a VEG to NON-VEG product and this is really really sad. It was my staple breakfast and being a vegetarian, I can't consume it now. Putting up the non-veg option is fine but discontinuing the veg one is disappointing, given non-vegetarian can consume the veg one but vice-versa is not possible. I would kindly request, to please continue the "veg" option as well for the Butter croissant. Additionally, to tackle climate change, one way is to encourage and promote vegetarianism, scope of CSR?

Lots of imported products are available here, chocolates, deodorants and many more. Fast food available tastes just fine. Good place if someone is looking for imported products. It is a very good store for calorie conscious , since most popular sugar free brands , gluten free brands like sofit,raw pressery,cocojal , max protein ,soyachips are available here. Cold stored food is available here . Beverages like coffee and fast foods like momos are also available.
Payment available through paytm. They have usually offers running. Not a store to buy daily products since not all of them are available

Good but not that much varity because this store is small

I was there yesterday where some of the items were 30% off. Some if the items did not ring up with the discount and I went today to return the regular priced items which were supposed to be discounted. The girl called the manager who refused to honor the discount. So I exchanged it for some other item. I decided to take advantage of the 50%off sale today (after you purchase 750 rs worth of items). Even on those items, the discount did not ring up and why do customers have to suffer because of a mistake in your system.customers , Please maintain social distancing during this pandemic. People visit there without a mask

I am generally very fond of the 24x7 stores. But this store in qutab plaza lost total respect because of the nasty staff behaviour. I bought surgical masks- 2 packets and upon opening I realised the masks were completely faulty as the strings were too short to reach the ears for support. So I requested the boys to exchange these. The senior most guy rudely and insultingly shooed me And my daughter away. I could not believe this behaviour in a civilised area like DLF phase 1. I asked them the owners name and they refused to give me. Never will I visit this store again.

I went to this store today at around 12:30 where these two boys one Saurabh Cashier other name is Gaurav, both are extremely rude, pathetic, don't have manners to talk, disrespectful and seems like uneducated boys.I don't know how they are placed in such a store that too in DLF phase 1, I am a Administrator and Spokesperson of RWA of this Area by the name DLF QERWA, would definitely recommend this store to be immediately shifted from this Area if they have this kind of staff with them. I bought a stuff worth 92/- rs from here and have this chap Saurabh 200/- rs ,he denied saying he doesn't have change. Earlier when I was entering the store the other one Gaurav kept the gate locked from inside and said store is closed and I was about to go back but 3 more boys came and this chap on there request open it as if they were known to him ,the disappointment started with the entry behaviour itself the way they were discriminating. Than this Saurabh chap denied change , I did not have my net working so I pressurized them for change,this chap started misbehaving further joined by the other one Gaurav who has covering him, since I am a Judge from Consumer Forum, I very well understand how to deal with such Situations and as my duty to teach them so that same is not repeated with other consumers, I asked them to give me store manager's number to which they again denied, than on giving them warning to call police as a matter of right of a consumer, that chap Saurabh said that they have hidden the board displaying number of the store manager and showed me that, I spoke to the store manager and recorded him, he was after hearing everything asked Saurabh and Gaurav both to leave the store and also apologize me ,but on the contrary Gaurav started misbehaving badly and started saying I can do whatever I can but he will neither apologise nor leave the store infact started howling on me and asked me to leave, I decided to file a defamation case against the store for such misbehavior.I would advise all not to visit this store at all and also boycott such places so that these people could be taught how to respect the consumer if we don't take strict action against such people ,this kind of incidents would definitely increase.Make it a point to make these incidents and such store and their staff name shame in all social media platforms so that General consumers could get awareness not to visit such places and with no business in hand they can be replaced by better options and the one replacing would also get a warning of "no nonsense zone".

Very Rude security guard he things he owns this place I have never experienced this kind of behavior in any of the 24/7 I have visited so far. It was mid night and the store was still open but the security guard didn't let me in by saying the store was closed I said it will take only 5 mins for me to get the things that I wanted instead to said it's closed and continued to argue with me for like 15 mins instead of arguing with me he could have just let me in and pick up the things. And he just ignored me even after repeated requests as he was cooking something in the oven. What kind of 24/7 store it is ??? Totally humiliating and worst kind of staff I have ever seen. Management should really take care of this things.
