It was great to buy a dream pen from Makoba, went to buy Parker but then was confused to buy which pen now so many brands you name the brand they have it right from Montblanc to Parker, ended with buying Waterman.

I had an excellent experience with Makoba, specially Mr. Mukesh Choradiya regarding an gift order for one Parker fountain pen. Met him in Kolkata pen fair and contacted him to place order and to make engraving for the gift. He and his team contacted me the next day and for every step they kept me in loop and made suggestions, which I accepted. They shipped my order in only 1 day (with engraving). There was some delay with the courier company, and he helped me in everyway to resolve the issue.

The owners of the store are very humble and knowledgeable. One gets personalised experience while purchasing. Must visit for every pen enthusiastic.
