The quality of garments is too good. Price 9s a little bit high but always check Shoperstop App.before buying as we have seen offline price is 1999 but online price for same product is 650 with an offer.

Even if you buy from App you can change it from any shop.

Best location to shop and experience some professional behavior catered by the department Manager Ms Kameshwari Roychowdhury. She had helped me sort out some unnecessary miscommunication. Their cashier Shivalik and the store staff Madhurima is worth the mention.

This is perhaps not as large as the CC1 or Cc2 store. I find it convenient for exchange of item that I have purchase online. Both of my visit were for the same reason and git resolved at the store quickly.

The staff are excellent. Their watch collection is excellent. Women shoe collection is good. Mens was not available at that time but they said Nike might be coming before Puja.

I visited this place in New Town Kolkata. Very neat and clean. All items have been displayed nicely. The staff is courteous and helpful . The store has many leading brands of clothes and accessories for men, women and children.

Kindly convey my feedback to the concerned staff. Yesterday ( 16/4/23 around 2 pm )I went to your store to pick up some basic make up items as I had missed to put my make up kit in my bag. I was headed to a lunch party. After billing I wanted to apply my make up. I didn’t know that you offer a free grooming. The staff at lakme counter helped with my grooming. He knew exactly that I was not comfortable anyone assisting me with make up in public. Therefore from a distance he helped me with right products. He knew that I was done with my shopping yet he continued to assist me.He genuinely displaced a customer friendly attitude. I loved my makeup and will surely buy the items that he recommended. He was not pushy is selling his product but he knew it the right. That’s what is a good salesman. All the best dear pal.

Good stock , professional staff, clean shop and fitting room. Jhumpa in Desi Global section in Acropolis Mall shoppers stop was very helpful and polite. However the young man in Customer service was rude and indifferent to his customers. He was constantly talking on the phone to his superior probably and couldn't care less. I don't think he should be in customer care at all.

Great store with all branded brands and well behaved staffs

The two people in the perfume counter Mr taha (tall guy) and Asif( guy with specs) ( I am not good with names) were really professional and down to earth. They suggested me shopper stops in house perfume handsome hunk which I instantly liked and bought will most definitely buy this again and will suggest to my friends too. These people in the perfume counter were really professional and informative about their products. I had an amazing experience in shopper stop new town.

My favourite for fifteen years. All major clothing brands are there.
