This is second time I have ordered a watch strap from DBlack store. I loved the quality of the product. I appreciate the dedication and attitude of the team towards customer satisfaction. When I ordered the product through the Dblack store, item was shipped through their shipping partner (Shiprocket) and same was returned back to the seller twice without attempting the delivery to me. Then I contacted dblack store and they responded to my mail and they didnt give up the order and sent it through India Post and same was received. I really appreciate their never give up attitude towards fulfilling the customer requirements.
