I faced the worst experience from friends tiles gallery. The staff were not at all customer friendly and they are very arrogant in nature.

Purchased the tiles from here recently by seeing the display of tiles.. but at the time of delivery they sent cheap quality tiles which are entirely different from the display.

I have returned them and asked them for refund. But they didn't refund the amount fully.

I have a suggestion for those who are planning to buy tiles from here. Please make sure they are shipping the same tile you have asked for.

There are a lot of good options also to buy tiles nearby towns. Like Pazhayannur, Thiruvilwamala, Chelakkara and paramelpadi
