Excellent and proactive staff. Very quick service. I ordered their Rolling Bag online. They got it delivered very quickly and efficiently. They even gift wrapped it for me. Very happy with my overall experience.

I had come for a replacement and service of my samsonite 4 wheel trolley bag. Excellent service by Mr. Prashant and Mr. Ashok as they helped me with the replacement and understood the exact issue. Seamless process and very happy.

Very efficient. No hard sell or desperation. Everything happen from home. Pictures sent and I called and everything was explained. Bought top of the line ranges but still immense comfort form the store. Prashant from the store came and delivered it. Calm easy peaceful person . Very clear and structured. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I walker into the shop 5min before closing but hey keep the shop open till I finished my shopping. The new premium range is amazing can only recommend this store.

The showroom is exquisitely designed and ergonomic. It has the best as well as the latest collection of Samsonite luggage and accessories. Prashant is a wonderful sales manager who made sure that I buy the luggage that fitted my wants and budget. The service was par excellence.
