Staff not helpful.

Fraud. They will show a lucrative offer on shelves but charge you more while billing. Avoid shopping from here. If you do, make sure you check item details properly and ensure they don’t take out any stuff.
They overcharged me for one item and when I confronted them at billing they gave the balance amount back but in the end they even took out that product which I got to know only after reaching home.

Misbehaviour by exit gate guard "omdutt sharma" on 31 Dec 2023 at smart bazar,ambience gurgaon. He took 10 minutes to check the the items against the bill receipt and kept us waiting. When asked what is taking too long he misbehaved verbally which is totally unprofessional. I will never come back and herby cancelling all my future business orders which are in process or yet to be quoted with smart bazar.

You guys need to groom your staff professionally and maintain the discipline.

The staff is very rude! No manners at all. They do not know how to handle customers or even show common courtesy. The guard outside talks back and staples our expensive paper bags with thousand pins, which we of course want to re use, as if people are going to steal away the cheap lowest grade quality things. The management should upgrade the staff or provide them training of basic mannerisms. It does not deserve a place at a standard mall like ambience.

Pathetic service. The staff should learn how to talk and be courteous. They’re very rude. They don’t know how to talk!!

Very rude staff. They are non helpful , misbehave and stare at women; specially their Gaurd (he talks back very rudely and stares with a smirk on his face). If you are a women shopping alone, please avoid this store. No one will help you or respect you (the manager also shows no respect or gratitude towards paying customers nor does he wish to help timely)

That's a worst place I see in this branch. .. what is this . This is not a way to talk to customer's. & Staff are useless. There behaviour is so worst.. I'm so desperate for this branch .. I can't come in this branch... don't go these types of branch. Because all staff's have arrogant behaviour....

Worst store in terms of customer experience. If you forget bill you are treated as a thief and humiliated . Don't treat customers well. Local kirana shops are far better

Lot of variety, even price are competitive but very poorly organise. Staff untrained and not helpful no management supervision. Real sorry state. Big Bazaar was ten times better organised.

If we buy any item from your reliance smart Bazaar how many reliance points we'll get only rs.1,if yes, that's the biggest idiotic thing i never seen in my life even whenever I do shopping from any other reliance smart and there's nothing good in your branch nor staff's nor there behaviour towards the customers even they don't do work properly whenever I visit your smart Bazaar branch, either they do hid the item weather it's a bread,curd, vegetables, tomato pure or any other items.., seriously worst feedback I can give you..

Sales Executive have no idea about product location, VM is too bad. Customer support tablet no one available to take feedback, overall bad experience
