The store layout is fantastic, with toys neatly organized and displayed, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. The variety of toys available is impressive, catering to children of all ages and interests. I particularly appreciated the interactive displays and demo stations where kids can try out the toys before purchasing. The staff's knowledge and enthusiasm for the products were infectious, making my shopping experience even more enjoyable. Overall, Hamleys Lulu Mall exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be returning for all my toy shopping needs. Highly recommend!

I bought Hotwheels from Hamleys, Lulu Kochi..... Product quality is very good.... There is some small indoor games for time pass 😂..... Excellent Store with kind varieties of Toys for children.... 😻💗

Previous reviews are misleading. Really a good shop for all branded toys. Prices are high but worthy. All are good and durable items. Customer services are too good and attutude of staff is too good and polite. All sorts of toy and instruments and cycles are available.They have card payment facility. Have bought 3-5 toys from there. All visits were fun and good.

Its a smaller outlet of Hamleys, so they don't have a wide array of toys like you see in Mumbai. They do stock the recent ones though. But its a bit expensive . Staff are really helpful. If you've been to one Hamleys, you've been to them all. But don't judge other outlets by seeing this one, this is just a mini outlet.

Really a good place to buy toys for kids... Really a great and huge platform...we search for a bear and doll for my kid actually im searching for that for few months ...finally i got it from hamleys... Good staff service and polite and smiling attitudes.the person in the billing counter explained their offers and promotions... It juzt for the marketint and not too helpful fir the customers... But he convinced us very politely and patiently.... i forgot her name, she nicely gift packed the product and handed over to my child with a warm smile.. There have so many collection for kids .. really a nice and awesome place to gift our little ones....

The place is very spacious and lot of items. I had just visited the store to simply spend my time and I found out that service is good. I saw the staff explaining to the customers how a particular toy works which is great. When comparing it with outside the price is a bit high, otherwise its a great toy shop

First and foremost, the selection of toys available was absolutely fantastic.The staff members at the toy shop were really good. Especially the staff named TIJO offered valuable insights on each aspects of the toy. He is such an amazing guy .His commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in his interaction.

Charlie (customer support team) was the person helped us to buy best toys for our kids. There was a Great cutomer support from beginning to end. His Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and where necessary enough for us to make informed decisions quickly. Thought of buying just One Remote car but his suggestion made us to buy three toys from thr. He is very different from other staff in the shop. Even the manager was very helpful in explaining and demonstrating how to use toys, that was a fantastic experience. I would recommend them unreservedly.

Good one in Lulu mall. Costly toys but Hamley is known brand for toys. All sale executive are cooperative and sweet. Good arranges stalls. Couldn't find trampoline so i had done window shopping

Thanks to Arathi staff at Hamleys Kochi who helped me to buy and deliver a gift for my sisters daughter on her baptism. I am currently outside India and I had to deliver this gift as a surprise. Called on the Landphone of Hamleys and she helped me to chose the gift made arrangements for payment and ensured that the gift gets delivered to the place where I wanted within few hours..

Nice place to purchase toys and gifts, But comparing with Amazon same products Rs 300 to 400 costly.
