This is the Supermarket run by Kitex group mainly for the benefit of the voters in Kizakkambalam Panchayath.

The subsidy comes from the company's funds.
Now this is used as a political tool also to obtain ruling of not only Kizakkamblam panchayath but also near by panchayaths and propose to take advantage in coming assembly elections.
The positive part is that corruption is eliminated in the Panchayath office.

This super market was set up for the welfare of the people of Kizhakambalam panchayat and is limited only for the panchayat members who can buy all the essential groceries, milk and vegetables at half the market price. Other house hold items are also available comparatively cheaper. This market is well organized and very spacious.
