Pocket friendly place for average people where we get subsidy for almost everything using ration card .The subsidy allowed only one time in a month with a ration card .Most probably they are uping stock around in the middle of month so probably could be overfill with people that time. I recommend that you call and confirm "stock arrival" before planning to visit.
