It is free service being offered by Tirumala Tirupati Trust to devotees who opt to reach Tirumala (Main Temple) by walk. It opens at 6'O clock in the morning. To avail this service, one should be in the possession of AADHAAR. On collection, a token will be given and same needs to be surrendered to collect the luggage at issue counter at Tirumala.

People who want to go to tirumala on foot from srivarimettu, then they don't need to carry your luggage along with you. TTD provides a free luggage pickup service at the starting point of srivarimettu. You can drop your luggage at this place. Before dropping the luggage you must check your bag and lock it properly because they will throw the bags while shifting to tirumala. After bag submission they will provide a token and keep it with you. You can use that token to collect your bag after reaching tirumala( srivarimettu last foot step). Check your counter number properly before collecting your bag.

Service is good. We got our luggage within few hours. Don't forget to buy a lock and key . If not you can also buy it near luggage counter

Superb facility. But luggage takes time to reach the top. It is advisable to put all the footwear also in a separate bag and hand it over at the luggage counter. Carry some clothes like dhotis with you so that after you complete climbing the steps, you can directly go to Varahaswamy sannidhi (free bus available), change to traditiona dress code before entering the Vaikuntam queue complex. Inside the special entry darshan counter, they also collect and cellphones and common receipt for both. Luggage counter is open 24 hours and carry some change with you for tips.

Very good place. Very easy to collect luggage by submitting access card which was given to us at the entrance of Srivari mettu luggage dropping counter. Each bag is attached to a magnetic lock which will be removed only after we submit our access card while picking up the luggage at Tirumala hill top luggage pickup counter. Highly secured process, there is no chance for missing luggage. Thank you TTD for improving the facilities and security day by day.

Iam really happy about this service, no need to carry ur luggage when you are go for pathway darshan, you can drop ur baggage here, but one thing u must do, kindly lock ur baggage then only they are allowed to shipping over this.

Good service to the piligrims on the name of lord of seven hills. Your luggage can be handed over to you after reaching tirumala.

You can picup your luggage which you left in the bottom of the hill .. waiting time is bit lazy but you can enjoy by capturing natural photography with tall tress .. i am waiting to know your name

Free luggage pickup but if you keep before 9 am u will be getting at aftenoon 12 to 1o clock after 9 ,10 am u will getting afternoon 3 o clock

Nice arrangements but heavy crowd and may not suitable when you have electronic gadgets in your bags

It's good but due to some reasons present it is between 6 to evening 5 :30

At the point of depositing the luggage they said it will take 3 hours. We got it in 3hrs 30 mts.
