This is the kind of temple I'm looking for in Tirumala. To reach the temple one has to walk/climb stairs around 1-1.2 KM. Throughout the journey you'll be going inside the forest. The fresh air and the trees make the perfect scenery and the beauty. I suggest you don't go fast, enjoy and feel the beauty of beauty.

Don't remove your shoes at the entrance, instead wear them and remove them once you reach the temple. One thing I like to highlight here is that there is no water facility available till the main temple so carry water bottles if possible. Although there are 2-3 local shops present in between which will sell chhach and fruits. Once you reach the temple then only you'll be able to get drinking water.

The temple is good, it has 1 kund as well. Toilets and local shops are also there at the main temple premise. You'll find monkeys once you're halfway to the temple. Give time here, enjoy the peace. I would highly recommend this place to give a visit.

Nice place to visit lord SRI HANUMAN. It's around 1.5 km with steps and 4km from Tirumala. The environment is very nice and full of big trees and bamboo trees. One can enjoy reaching here for visiting lord హనుమాన్.

Such a divine place amidst Dense forest!! We need to walk around ~5km up and down with stairs along the way.. But it is worth the effort.. You can see Monkeys ,red squirrels all along the way .. Monkeys near the temple are tourist friendly 😀 , they expect you to feed something and come over to every person that passes them, so no need to panic. Note that temple is closed for an hour between 1 to 2pm.. No water bottles available on the way, so take your own water bottle .

The Japali Hanuman temple is opened from morning 06.00 AM to evening 06.00 PM. It is suggested to visit this temple during day time as the route to the temple is through dense forests. Also, the temple will be opened for extra hours during thee festivals and special occasions.

This is very beautiful ❤ and peaceful place. It is one of the most peaceful place I've ever visited. You can fo there and spend as many hours as you want. I feel very calm there. The aura of the place is on next level. There you have to buy a 5rs ticket for darshan and you can feed the monkey living there. The monkeys 🐒🐵 are very gentle there.

One of the best places to visit in tirumala.
The walk into the nature with abundance of calm and peacefulness
A must visit place to enjoy the scenic beauty the sounds of the water flow , natural and some beautiful species.
This place is a walk of about 800m to 1km which has 100 to 150 steps which are not at all steep so any person can have a nice stole into the nature.
They are shops at the start and end point so any refreshment can be brought and the price is also affordable.
It dont have any specific car parking so they have to be parked on the road.

Also 1pm to 2pm temple will be closed. So plan accordingly

Japali Theerthan is located on the way to Papavinasanam from Tirumala It is about just 3 Kms from Tirumala. From the road side, one has to walk about 1 KM inside the forest to reach the Teertham.. Its a sacred water body (Theertham) situated opposite to the Lord Hanuman Temple.

Japali Anjaneya Swami devalayam is a Hindu temple and a tourist attraction located in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. It is a Hanuman temple that is not very famous among tourists, but it is worth a visit if you are an Anjaneya bhakt. It is situated in deep woods and requires an easy 1 km trek (after about 5 km drive from Tirumala). The temple surroundings are beautiful and you can see red coloured rare squirrels on the way to the temple. It is also believed that Tirumala is the birthplace of Lord Hanuman, and Japali Theertham near Akasha Ganga waterfall in Tirumala Hills is the place where he was born. You can also witness the abhisekham (a ritual of offering water to the deity) on Tuesday in the early morning around 0730/ 0800 for a peaceful and pious experience.

I visited Japali Anjaneya Swami devalayam with my family for a spiritual journey and we had a wonderful experience. The temple was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was polite and attentive. We walked through the forest for around half an hour to reach the temple, but it was worth it. The temple was dedicated to Lord Hanuman, the divine monkey god, and we felt his presence and blessings. The temple was surrounded by nature and wildlife, and we enjoyed the scenic views and the fresh air. We also learned about the history and significance of Japali Teertham Tirumala, which is one of the least known but most worthy places during a visit to Tirumala. We had a great time at Japali Anjaneya Swami devalayam and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pure veg temple in Tirupati. 😊

Nice Temple with Calm atmosphere. You will also see Giant Squirrels here which are pretty rare. There is a 20 min steps Trek to and fro. Water body (Kund) is not maintained or else it would have been even better.

This is a holy place for Hindus. This place is considered as the Thapo Bhoomi for Lord Hanuman mother Anjuna Devi. Few kilometres from this place, one can visit Lord Hanuman birth place.
Located inside a dense forest. One can reach from TIRUMALA BY road upto the foot hill and 200+ steps to main temple. Simple and very good steps.
Excellent environment.
