Shopping since 2 decades....good store....

The behaviour of the shopkeeper is too rude.

The shopowner, shop keeper and staff are incredibly incredibly rude. I called asking for some products and I wanted specific brands. They did not want to go and check if they have that brand. They literally said, we will give you what we have. Then I said that obviously you cannot give me what you don't have so please check and tell me which brand you keep. And he refused. Extremely ride throughout the conversation.

WORST EXPERIENCE
SELLER does not provide ORIGINAL GENUINE BILL when selling products, seller gives KACHHA bill on DEMAND.
Seller does not PROVIDE GUARANTEE AND WARRANTY after having bill, seller given so many excuse then tell we cannot replace or correct the error. I was i trouble due to this stationary because he didn't provide me ORIGINAL BILL WITH SIGN AND STAMP.
Also very RUDE behaviour with all CUSTOMERS.
