Worst exchange service.. Fraud delivery agents.. I bought a oneplus12 two times in a row using their Amazon platform and the guy who came literally was like a goon and cancelled the order. The exchange failed because of completely bogus reasons like wrong option and verification failure.. too bad for a company like Amazon.. would never support their platform.. COmpletely disgusting !!

Such a fraud delivery agent he asked me more money for my exchange offer. and when I told I would talk with amazon customer service and then I will pay only he cancel my pre paid order without my concern. It is not a cash on delivery order. Why amazon still do business with such frauds.
