Hope you are doing well !

As per my verbal discussion with Mr. Nikhil Kaushik today, I would like to inform you - we (Krishna Mini Store) are not comfortable going further with Express Store Franchisee. As already informed that we (Me & My wife) both are having health issues. I am suffering from the Anxiety disorder and my wife is suffering from Back Pain because of Sigerian Delivery (Twice)., Her Doctor has given clear instruction to her to don't sit for more than 4 hours in a day otherwise she may have a sleep disc problem. My Psychiatrist Doctor also advised me to take rest as much as possible till the treatment is going on and it may take minimum 6 months to 1 year bcoz of this - I am unable to give attention to our Express Store.

And as you know last month - we opened the shop and since then we have been working for more than 14 hrs in a day and if you see our earnings - it is almost zero. Now I have an anxiety/fear that how will I pay the Electricity Bill, WIFY Bill, Shop Rent and most importantly - How will I pay my children's school fee. I hope you must be having children and can understand how much children's education is important and as well expensive.

As you know - we paid the Security Deposit of Rs. 3.20 Lacs, Trust me that it was our hard earned money and lifetime savings for our Kid's study. but unfortunately we made the wrong decision to invest the same in Express Store knowing our health problems. I agreed that it was a mistake from our side.
For God Sake - Please support closing the Franchisee as it is indirectly increasing our Physical and Mental health Issues. And whatever depreciation value - Company decides can deduct from the Security Deposit Amount and Refund our Balance Amount to us.
