Good multiple store but not like Big Bazar. Collections are very good. Same ambience as was Big Bazzar.

Grocery, daily households, gift items, fruits, vegitable, kitchen accessories, liquor available. Parking and wheel chair access available. It's the only large shop situated in Madhyamgram area. 2 minutes from Madhyamgram chowmatha . No dedicated bus stand. Nearest bus stand is New Barrackpore or Madhyamgram Chowmatha. The location also have reliance trends and reliance digital in the same building.

It is spread over multi stories and the display is user friendly and convenient. The staff are helpful and courteous. The billing is quick and efficient.

Had issues related to offers that were displayed, basis which I spent a considerable time to choose clothes, but unfortunately they did not reflect in bill and they couldn't refund the disputed amount. The manager apologised and provided a credit note which I utilised later. I lost my precious time...that's it. Happy and not happy.

Almost everything is available here. The building floors are divided and sorted according to the items. Like grocery items are in ground floor, toiletries are in second floor, and clothing are in third.
Prices are reasonable and affordable, for everyday shopping it's suitable.

Big bazar to smart Bazaar ya good stock and almost all FMCG products are there vegetables dairy, frozen.. almost everything just its far from sector 1, we need something like that in city centre area ....

Although entry looks small but the inside is very vast with multi story facilities linked within inside. All A-Z household equipments are available along with stationary grocery fresh daily items etc available with good discount rates.
