Such a nice experience
I was on the way to my car after buying stuff from the store and I accidentally broke a glass bottle of sea salt and it was worth around $10
And I went back to the store. I was not expecting another bottle for free. I was willing to pay for that bottle but these nice people replaced it for me 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Nature's Basket is a great place to source various food and beverage products, especially authentic imported ingredients from Europe! The team at the Southpoint branch, especially Jassi, has been very supportive. They are always eager to help and take the initiative to educate themselves about the products they are selling. The store has definitely become my go-to for sourcing high quality European ingredients!

The Nature's Basket store in Gurgaon's South Point Mall is a place I regularly visit and order online from. Their selection of cheeses, dried fruits, meats and poultry, among other things, is always good and fresh. For me the experience at NB South Point is always enhanced by my interactions with Jassi, my relationship manager. She's a fine, resourceful young lady, and a pleasure to deal with.

Great place to get exotic fruits, vegetables, snacks and much much more... Excellent grocery store with lot of daily use consumables like biscuits choclates cheese vegetables fruits ice creams etc and bakery

very good place for fresh grocery, they do home delivery also, I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service, especially jassi, she always make sure i received my grocery items on time and fresh.

It has always been a pleasure to come to Nature's basket as it is so well stocked.

Good place to by fresh grocery. They sell fresh aata, Besan etc. Inki apni chakki and Kohlu Hai. Oil is little expensive but pure. Must by for avoid artificial chemicals.

Good supermarket in Gurgaon to pick up some good quality foods etc. I was visiting Gurgaon and was able to get some great teas, spices etc. On the higher side from a cost perspective - but good quality. The staff were super helpful as well.

It is a very good store and the staff here is also very friendly & supportive

Nice to get imported fruits available in store but need to add more variety
