The Souled Store

The main problem of the souled store is that the company that they had collabed with for delivery the parcels (delhivery). The delhivery company doesn't provides us the number of the one who is bringing our product, doesn't gives us enough details that other delivery companies gives in their website

Even on Google the rating of the Delhivery company is I think around 2.3 or 2.4 all over India

Even if your house is like 3-4 km near to their facility in your city it would take them almost 10 hours to deliver the package and in this situation the customer would eventually say that "either you come here fast or I am going to come and take my delivery myself from the facility"

So in total The souled store just made a wrong choice for collabing with the wrong delivery company.

Otherwise the dress that the souled store gives I think that it's one of the best clothes product that I have ever got which is created in India by the Indians.

So I would just say that the souled store should eventually change their delivery process to some other company in some time otherwise in future it will cause them the problems.

And if anyone says that the customer service is bad then I would say that it may be little bad but what can they do as all the deliveries are under control of the Delhivery company so instead of saying that customer service can't provide good service we should ask the delhivery company for the details about what happened to our package in between the transaction

I have done Online order. Product Quality is good and product looks as mentioned in description. I live in metro city so no delivery issues. Overall Good Experience.

I am so glad Souled Store opened ip a phycial store in gurgaon. I have been a huge fan of their products for a very long time now and now this store makes the things super easy for me!
