Gud Chah Cafe and Homestay

Stayed here for a day. Rooms were clean and the staff was welcoming as well. Also, the food was very homely and delicious. Overall loved the experience. Would definitely recommend ☺

I was doing a bike ride with my friend in Uttarakhand and on our way we decided to stay at Gud Chah. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The best part of the stay was the cafe and the interaction we had with the owner and staff. All of us sat together for dinner and we were told about the local culture and history of the place.
The interiors of the cafe looked amazing too and the food was delicious as well.
All in all a lovely experience which me and my friend will always remember

Great staying here with family for two nights in late October, 2023.Rooms are spacious, clean & well-maintained. Bathrooms with western toilets are hygienic. The food served were delicious. Bhupinder ji, the proprietor, is a nice, humble person.

One of a kind cafe in and around Chaukori. I really had some amazing conversations with the owner Bhupinder Bhai. He understands hospitality and the bonus was that he is also a rider🏍🤘 I will definitely come back again😊 and i recommend this place to everyone.

This was an amazing stay with as many amenities as possible at such a remote place.
Bhupinder runs it like an absolute pro and had superb knowledge about the entire region. Sundar was a very caring assistant. They made sure we were very comfortable. Everything on the menu was readily available.
This place is surrounded by nothing but nature in all its bounty with some interesting people making it a delightful vacation.
Rooms are comfy, but keep in mind that it's a remote place so bound to have some misses here and there.

We stopped for a coffee and ended up staying for the night! Absolutely loved the cappuccinos and had an excellent dinner.
The rooms were clean and spacious with a great view of the valley - on a clear day I'm sure you could see the Himalayas from the rooftop. Host was pleasant and very hospitable. If you're passing through - check this place out!! Also the high speed wifi was awesome!

We stayed here for 1 night only. The room rent is reasonable. Rooms and bathrooms are clean & specious. Foods are freshly made and healthy. The owner of this property is friendly and knowledgeable. One can spend quality time with him. This property is on main road within 100 meters of KMVN Hotel.

If you’re looking for a modern place to stay with great food and beverage options, this is the place for you.
I’m sure the host Mr Bhoopendra will make it one of the best place to stay in Chaukori/Berinag area.
It was a family trip for me and the place didn’t disappoint me considering I was travelling with a 18months old kid.
The views are awesome from the terrace.
I would definitely recommend it for solo, group and family travellers.

Its a beautiful stay. Sunrise can be seen from the rooms, balcony and terrace. Very close to KMVN Nandakot. New hotel, construction work is going on. Rooms are very good and charges resonable.

It's an amazing place very homely atmosphere, rooms are warm ,clean and very comfortable. Food was tasty. We faced bad climate continuous rain but was never bored staying indoors in the hotel. We enjoyed the view from the balcony with food being served to us. Thanks to GABRU ,my daughter enjoyed your company. Last of all thanks to Mr.Dhami for his warm hospitality. I highly recommend Gud Chah cafe and Restaurant for everyone visiting chakouri.

This is a great place to stay with large, clean rooms and a nice view. The bathrooms are clean with hot water shower. Good coffee, snacks and larger meals are available as well.

Excellent food and service, with a great vibe. The staff is very kind, helpful, and resourceful. The food is delicious with fresh ingredients and prepared in the moment. We ate every meal here!
