It’s a beautiful place to witness Kanchenjunga mountains
We have seen the best sunrise ever. One should reach the place around 5:30 AM to witness the sunrise and to beat the crowd.

What a view from this point at Darjeeling...We have gone this place for early in the morning to view sunrise. The sun rose at 6:10 am. It was just like red hot fire and after few minutes not able to see with naked eyes. From that point Kanchanjungha mountain can easily seen with full of snow. Really amazing experience of this place. Must visit for Darjeeling travellers....

It's 7500 ft , and very precious experience of Watching sunrise in morning at 4to 5 am. You can also watch kanchenjunga mountain from there

Nice Place to View Sunrise in Darjeeling. The First Rays That Strikes Kanchenjunga and Beautiful Golden Glow is Worth Watching. And at this point there will be light snowfall.

The amazing view of the rising sun can be seen here and one has to reach that place before 4:30 am. The best part is to see the peak of Kanchenjunga shining like gold as soon as the sun rays begins to fall on it. A must visit place if anyone is around Darjeeling. A cloudy sky can ruin the ultimate pleasure.

A beautiful mindbloeing place.If your luck permits you can see the sleeping buddha which is there in the pictures.The sleeping buddha is not visible to people generally i was lucky enough to see it.Go for a short trip there and enjoy!

This is a hill in darjeeling from where you can view the best sunrise and it's extremely cold over here but you will get shops to buy winter garments nearby and also coffee sellers. Of you love sunrise this is the best place to visit as you can see amazing sunrise from here

If you go to Darjeeling, this is a must visit place. The view of sunrise from this place (if you're lucky enough to see clear sky) is beyond description. Just after the sun rises in the east, you can see the tiny outline of Kanchanjungha mountains in the north (north-west, I think) turned golden. Amazing experience.

The view is worth it but too crowded
