Lady staff who sit in the middle of the cash counters, (counter number 6) her behaviour is very rude, with customers, humble request to Bank manager to change this staff for better customer experience.

The bad experience with this bank relating to customer relationship.
They don't respect the customers especially the Aadhar seeding counter is high in bad attitude😡😡.
