Wonderful place to hang with your friends and family.. so elegant and beautiful scenery all around. About 115km away from Siliguri.. Wonderful place to spend weekends.. you will get good hospitality with good stay and fresh garden vegetables.
Nature lovers will have good time here, will get to see waterfalls, different kinds of flowers, pine trees and beautiful wooden houses.
Nearby you will get 2-3 more view points, where you will get delicious momos and noodles and soup.

One of the most beautiful view points, good for a weekend drive. It's situated nearby tea garden and cinchona plantation. The river below is Jaldhaka and on the other side of the river is Bhutan, on clear days villages on the other side can be clearly seen. View point area is very clean.

If you are mountain 🏔 lover then please visit this beautiful location called " dalgon view point " n you'll never gonna regret for it 😄 i really enjoyed the beauty of this valley. If you want to find the location, you can simply Google it or use Google maps. And also there are more such places( river and bridge 🌉)where you can go and click photos of yourself, your family members and friends. Here I'm not posting those photos because me n my friends were getting late to return home we didn't stop there but you guys please don't miss it n take some food. I think it will be better because you will not find shops near it. so hope this will help you, enjoy ☺

My all-time favourite. Scenic beauty with a gov. Lodge on the way alongside. Too much crowded though during holidays. The government takes money though as tickets but i honestly don't understand why . Roads need to be taken care of specifically.

Great scenic view with calm atmosphere round the area. Good to pass time and relax. Tickets are required per person to visit the place but are often available and not needed to buy before time. Cars, bikes etc could be used to reach the place. Visit the place in sunlight to enjoy to the fullest.

Great for a weekend ride/drive. Monsoon can give you some awesome views, with a peaceful weather. The place also gives a bird's eye view of Jholung Bazar, while the magnificent Jaldhaka river acts as the border between India & Bhutan.

Homestays are under preparation for a long time now, and once it's inaugurated, the place will also serve as a beautiful vacation home.

The place was so scenic. Full of natural beauty. Highly enjoyed the ride to the hill. From down of the hill, near river basin it seems like cloud touches the hill, but when we reach there, we found no cloud ☁. From the view point the river looks very beautiful and attractive. Really enjoyed the trip.

We mistakenly took the road to the left and reached Dalgaon View Point instead of Paren. But hardly did we know that this was the sweetest of our mistakes ever! The view was mesmerizing! I felt I've reached the last balcony of this earth and I could see the horizon and beyond! It was July 2021, a monsoon day. As we reached the place, the sky was cloudless and we could see the Bhutan Himalayan range and Jaldhaka river and the green valley clearly. Then suddenly after 10-15 minutes clouds took the lead and painted the scene beautifully creating and recreating the art breaking its own record every time. We enjoyed the view, the mist, captured time-lapse videos with the passing clouds. Then the rain started.
Then came another experience to share with. The road to the viewpoint became muddy and our Tata Nexon got stuck, we tried hard to get out of it but in vain. Then some sweet and helpful local boys came to rescue us, they pushed our car along with us, and encouraged and motivated us, finally our car came out and we left the place with so much of lifetime memories! ❤

the mesmerising view of mountains and rivers. It's the Indian Bhutan border. Jaldhaka River is divided into two countries. Rongo is an offbeat place near the viewpoint. You can spend many hours. The entry fee is there. A watchtower is there, where you are watching the full panoramic view of the scenic beauty.

Although, the property surrounding it is still being developed, the view point in itself is mesmerizing, providing a wide view of Bhitan and the jhalong valley with the power plant at Jaldhaka. There is spave for a picnic as well. Would definitely recommend family and friends for a serene afternoon here.
