Most of my clients are staying in KK Residency and it is near to Payyanur Subrahmanya Swami Temple and approx. 2KM distance to my residence. Pure vegetarian food with A/c & Non A/c rooms are available with Conference hall..South Indian & North Indian food are available there.

Lovely place for sure. The food is just mind-blowing. Perfect for a brunch. Definitely recommend the south Indian cuisines. If you are a huge group, they also have a family room which is great for privacy. Totally amazing.

This 5 star rating is for the following few points.
Firstly one will only expect. Lodge like treatment in a property even though the name hotel is chosen in three tier cities.

So to see the property of this quality and the thought to invest in such an establishment i am super happy.

Exceeded expectations. Because I didn't expect much.

Well appointed rooms. Good enough space for two people to stay. Essential amenities.
Led tv. Writing desk. Enough plug points.

Decent ligting. A balcony. And very comfy bed.

If you get this room even at 2200 this is the best option. I was offered 1500 as i was alone and was a 5 day tenent,doing a tourism based documentry on theyyam.

I had a theyyam festival to cover which is a mile away from the hotel.
The very famous and religiously important perumal temple is actually a short walk away from the hotel .

Opposite to the hotel is a wedding hall which is a favourite wedding place.

So the rooms some times are totally blocked. So the moment you plan to visit payyanur and if you need room call and book it.

Two restaurant attached serves good quality veg food. A breakfast voucher comes with the room.

The receptionist said they could arrange laundry from outside. They don't have it inhouse.

Kavvayi river is a beautiful tourism location. For. Kayaking and water sports

A 15 mins from the hotel.

I've not seen such polite security staff. May be it's the good nature of people of northern kerala.

I highly recommend. Skanda residency for your stay if you are planning to visit payyanur.

Nice place to stay. Fine rooms, good service, tasty food. AC and non AC restorent are available. Android smart tv is available in the rooms which will entertaine us. If additional persons are there, then they will provide additional bed which is payable. 24 hours hot water facility available. 24 hours checkout is very flexible. No more formalities and Q for bill. Totally a good experience and thanks to all who helped there.

It is a new project in Payyannur. Pretty good customer service and neat and clean place. Worth for the money they charge. Have good parking space. You have a very good typical malabar veg restaurant next to it. So once can try the native dishes here. I suggest this place for the people who looks for tidy and pleasant stay.

Excellent service. Ample car parking. Quality food. Very close to Subramaya Swami Temple. Good choice for marriages,birthday parties,corporate and official meetings.

Best restaurant for the Vegetarians. They made delicious paneer vegetables and tomoto fry. Even South Indian Food is really good 😋😋

Neat, clean and spacious rooms... well furnished room...everything in good shape..probably because it is a new hotel. Reasonable rent. We had a nice stay at the hotel.

Stayed 2 days.. 3 types of rooms available.. 1400, 1600 and 2000..1400 room is neat and good.. Bathroom is clean.. Smart tv, room service, food available.. Veg restaurant is there.. Complimentary break fast available.. Food is excellent.. Staff aptitude is very good.. Simple and friendly staff.. Parkinf space available.. Security guard is at the gate.. 2 halls are available to conduct functions.. Subramania swami temple is at walkable distacne.. Will give 5 star rating
