Beautifully crafted Villas. Quality and perfection is clearly visible. This might be the best project in Vijayawada till date. Not sure if they have any smaller units with same quality affordable by working class !
Good, if they extend phase II/III etc. with smaller units, affordable by service class. We can simply trust this builder for quality.

i went to see the property 6 months back and i felt it is too costly, and again we need to get the inner furniture done. but recently in guntur ive seen my uncles villa the builder had given every thing including ac and furniture like cuboards and bathroom fittings and the cost was low about 3.5cr done and on it he spent some more for the shadlers,lighting etc and was given a good home theater as well. Can take this if they give it fully loaded. but price too high and locality is good. looking for east facing villas.

Houses people like Jagan Mohan Reddy's house com office. One of the finest addresses in the upcoming capital city of Amravati. Just across the Krishna river in Vijayawada. Excellent location.

Very luxurious villas, if the approach roads are still wider then this place would be more elegant.

Hygienic living style will be experienced along with club house and other emenities
