Something fishy with these guys. They don't deliver on time but online status shows delivered moreover these guys are demanding money for the delivery of government documents. Looking for a channel to register complaint on these guys

Delay Delivery, Negligent Staff. Taking status shows item delivered. But I haven't received it. It happened twice. Once the package was opened when I received the debit card and the postman said he opened the cover to see the address as the address written was not clear. When I asked to show the address he said he already tored that paper.
They didn't delivered it until I shouted at them saying that stays shows delivered but I have not received it and how can you say that you haven't received any package with tracking number which I gave.

Hai the worst thing is the post confessed that he lost the Article.

Utter shame on part of postal Dept.

Very very stupid.
