What a mesmerising place to be. Located an hour from Coimbatore, the place is admist greenery, lush green and nice place to drive ( through the back side entry) , front main road being too crowded. You would need easily 3-4 hours to visit the entire place, Lazer shows daily at 7:20 pm. Must visit.

We visited this place on our way to Coonoor and what an amazing experience it was! The aura of Lord Shiva and the beauty of mother nature will definitely provide you with a positive energy. Even though the place was quite crowded, we chose to ignore it.

This place is just outside the Isha Foundation highlighting the first guru as Aadiyogi dated back from 15000 years when there was no existence of any religious. It is believed that Lord Shiva has given guidance to his seven disciples. This is a 112 feet statue indicating those 112 dates which Aadiyogi gifted to mankind.
There is no ticket to this place and one may walkin from the main road or there is a pedestrian from in front of the Isha Foundation gate. The place is surrounded by beautiful scenic view that's very calming. You may offer prayers here , click pictures and chant too if you wish too.
If you are coming to Isha Foundation then you have to visit this.

This is an expansive multi purpose place which has accommodations for volunteers. Certain events and yoga programs are held here as well, most notably Guru Poornima. During Mahashivratri the entire place becomes a huge dormitory for volunteers. Staying here is an experience you'll cherish forever. Especially getting up early morning and going about our morning business when everyone else is fast asleep!

Pooja with water 20 rupees and black tag tie 10rupees. Bullock car support to main entrance 20 rupees.car parking 30 rupees. Large spacious for parking . Food court avaliable. Both lord Shiva and Parvati temple avaliable dyanalinga is awesomeness. Adiyogi is most powerful velligiri basement. No words definitely visit once from perur 25km we have cheran transportation avaliable. Velligiri temple also the best....chappel mobile camera video camera not allowed hand over to clock room....no water bottle plastic...go green...

Coimbatore was in my bucket list from 2k17,the day the Shiva statue was inaugrated and opened for publice viewing on the Maha Shivratri day of 2k17.. I cannot stress this enough that people from all walks of life will feel a different vibe at this place..the calmness and peacefulness is enchanting. Do visit and feel it for yourself.

I had the opportunity to visit the Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore, and it was an enchanting experience. Despite the heavy rainfall on the day of my visit, the monsoon added an extra layer of beauty to the surroundings. The calmness and tranquility of the place were truly captivating.

The highlight of the center is undoubtedly the magnificent Shiva statue. Its grandeur and intricate design are a visual feast for the eyes. The statue exudes a sense of divinity and spirituality, creating a serene atmosphere that is perfect for reflection and inner peace.

Surrounded by rocky mountains, the Isha Yoga Center offers a refreshing respite from the hustle and bustle of daily life. During my visit, I also had a chance to sample the food at the food court. While the offerings were decent, they didn't particularly stand out. However, the focus of the center is primarily on the spiritual and meditative aspects rather than the culinary delights.

One of the highlights of my visit was the buffalo cart ride. It was a unique and enjoyable experience, providing an authentic glimpse into local culture and traditions. The ride added a touch of adventure and served as a memorable way to explore the surrounding area.

Suryakund-Dip in the highly energised waters rejuvenates you .One can clearly feel it .
Lingabhairavi-So much energy in the temple .
Dhyanlinga- Wow,visit here is worth it .So much power ,Energy yet peaceful .

This place is great picnic spot for through out the year, today was light rain and huge gathering of tourists.
This was the great day of my life. Enjoyed the day .

One of the most powerful places i ever visited....It can easily accomodate over 10000 people together and still remains as powerful as ever. Attending Sadhguru's session live in Adiyogi Alayam is a powerful enriching experience which can't be described in words!!must visit when anyone visits Isha yoga center coimbatore

Visit this place on Saturday or Sunday evening to watch the mind-blowing, spectacular laser light show of Adhiyogi statue.

Pleasant place to roam for relegious people and for travelers. The siva statue was 112 feet high which will be amazing to look. For old age people Bullock card is also available to reach here. Snacks stalls are also available for refreshments. Good maintanence. Must visit place. Its preferable to visit here first before going inside for other sites.

It was awesome to be there, Mahashivratri conducted by Isha center is just of another level, this was my second time attending Mahashivratri and it was just awesome as it was!
