The service and staff behavior at Shivba Travels is terrible. It feels like traveling on a local train with people sleeping on the floor, and the driver's cabin is always crowded. If you need to leave the bus in an emergency, it takes 20-30 minutes for cabin passengers to clear the area and let you walk out.

Very bad experience with this travel agency, they are stopping the bus travel at any spot and waiting for more than 1hr each stop and they have misbehaving staff as conductor and driver. Dont go for this travel agency never ever.
