The cheapest room is 850 but non ac, more like a dorm, common toilets, all neat. The next is single non ac room with queen bed @1100. You also have ac rooms. If you just want to change and keep your stuff for a day or so, this is an ideal place. No restaurant so you have to go out for food, but they will get you the food if you place a firm order from out side which you can do personally on swiggy or zomato. This is walkable distance from the railway station and next to deepa theater.

I just came for a wedding and booked a room to get ready. NonAC room was not available. The service is very good and the staff in the reception also was cordial. Neat rooms..

The rooms were clean,very comfortable and the staff was amazing they went over and behind to help make our stay enjoyable.
The hygiene, facilities , caring ,hospitality is amazing.

The staffs at this properly are all great especially reception staffs Mrs.Jomol, Mr. Aneesh and Nitheesh and Nithin all are asset for you .

Recent rooms and decent rate not too bad. Told me 1800 per room and got it for 1400 as we took for 3 days. Got some discounts too. The ac was okey not too much cool Bt still we can sleep. Service is also good.

This is an excellent place to stay in Tiruvalla, very close to downtown area, reasonable price, very friendly staff and excellent customer service. Will stay here again.

Very neet clean rooms and good service

I had a very pleasant experience with menaka residency. I had my room booked prior to my visit. Staffs are good and cooperating. Room delivery of foods are also available. Rooms are neat and tidy. Towels and tv remotes are not upto the mark. Almost 500m from thiruvalla busstand. They provide better service than surrounding hotels at an economic rate. Will suggest this place for everyone. Book your rooms in advance!

This is a good place to stay. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and neet. Stayed here for a business trip for 5 nights. The room is is with balcony and cupboards comfortable for two persons. Tv and heater is always working. Having power backup also. Having parking for few vehicles. Good to stay with family also. This place is near to railway station and walkable distance to bus station.

Hotel rooms are clean and we'll maintained and its in affordable prices I stayed here for last 3 days and I am continuing for 2-3 days more. Everything is pretty much good here.

This hotel is adjacent to chilanka theater and all amenities in thiruvalla town are accessible with in a walkable distance

This is a lovely hotel with a beautiful well maintained penthouse with all modern appliances and
household needs for families those coming for vacation. Great location near railway station, KSRTC bus station, Hospitals, shopping malls and many good restaurants.The staff was extremely courteous and helpful.My16 days stay here was a pleasant experience.

Good place to have small meeting. Had a great trainer carnival by JCI here... Good food.. small hall good enough for 50 seating..
