"I have visited the store several times before, and each time I had a great experience with the staff. However, today we encountered an issue while trying to purchase an item. The issue was related to the MRP price, and we asked the operator to call the manager for assistance. Unfortunately, when the store manager arrived, he simply shook his head and said that there was nothing he could do. I was shocked to see the manager's attitude, as ideally, he should have been apologetic and tried to help the customer. It was disappointing to have this experience, especially when the rest of the staff at the store has always been great at their job."

i had shopped there from the begining of store opened in my city. and a regular customer of this point .
but now the faculity of store trying to cheat and fooled customer.
