Today I visited Firstcry, ambala city store. I was very happy with the hospitality of the staff. The staff was very polite indeed. I saw some customers who have written negative comments on their page about the staff. Actually it totally depends on customer to customer. If the customer is well mannered and behaves nicely so will the staff. Everybody has the right to show attitude otherwise😎
