Gurudwara Sri Manji (Baoli) Sahib Ji

Waheguru ji.
A peaceful religious point (Gurudwara) associated with 6th Sikh guru, Guru Hargobind Sahib ji. He stayed here for 1 night while going to Gwalior jail from Amritsar. And on the request of local people the Guru dug the spot in this location to pour out holy water called Jal.

Very calm and serene place. Visited this place during my SSC exam. The place is beautiful especially at night. There's a pond behind the main Gurudwara which is lovely. They have good room facility to stay at night. Only 300 for a night. Rooms are spacious and they are also clean as well. Although the top most rooms can feel a little hot in summer. But it's the ideal place to stay if you are going for an exam.

This city was sanctified by the sixth Guru Sri Hargobind and Sri Guru Gobind Singh the tenth Guru. Gurudwara Manji Sahib was constructed at the place where the sixth Guru stayed during his visit to Ambala city. The grand building of the Gurudwara is located on the G.T. Road (Sher Shah Suri Marg).

The grand building of the Gurudwara is located on the G.T. Road.Guru Hargobind is said to have stayed here overnight while on his way to meet emperor Jahangir. The villagers of the nearby Khurampur Majri complained of perennial scarcity of drinking water. The Guru encouraged them a dig a baoli and instructed some Sikhs who lived here to assist the villagers in digging and lining the baoli. The Guru was pleased to see the work completed on his return from Delhi.

A historical gurudwara must visit and have langar . Have paneer pakoda a local delicacy from the nearby market

Chhati(6th) patshahi & many Sikh guru visit this Gurudware also a bawoli it's beautiful great & holy place no need to discribe it.

Gurudwara Manji Sahib was made at the made memory of Sikhism sixth Guru of Guru Hargovind Sahib.

So peaceful and calm place. Moreover, there is enough space for parking.
The Manji Sahib Gurdwara is located at Kaith Majri near National Highway-1 where Guru Hargobind Sahib g stayed while on his way to meet Emperor Jahangir and the villagers of the nearby Khurampur Majri complained about the scarcity of drinking water then Guru Sahib g encouraged them to dig a baoli.

You can take holi water from baoli with you and can listen to kirtan that ultimately help you to relax your mind.

GURUDAWARA MANJI SAHIB

The Manji Sahib Gurdwara is the most popular Sikh shrine of Ambala. It is located at Kaith Majri near National Highway-1. The sixth and tenth Sikh Guru Hargobind Singh and Guru Gobind Singh respectively visited this place. In 1950, the foundation of this gurudawara was laid. There is beautiful meenakari (an art of painting) and chitrakari (an art of figure painting) work in the gurudawara.

GURUDWARA SHRI MANJI SAHIB (Bowli Sahib) is Situated in the Ambala City. Its Situated on Ambala-Ludhiana National Highway towards Ludhiana NH1. SHRI GURU HARGOBIND SAHIB JI and SHRI GURU GOBIND SINGH JI came to this place while going and coming back from Gwalior. GURU HARGOBIND SAIHB JI's Baoli is still present at this place. GURU GOBIND SINGH JI came to this place in his childhood.

Really nice accomodations and helpful environment over it. I've spent my night only on 300 and that was really good experience. I recommend you to those who wants spent their night in low budget while you're traveling around Ambala to Chandigarh ways.

This gurdwara is just a step ago from the main road or highway ....this gurdwara Sahib had a peaceful environment and having clean hygiene and 24hrs langar provided there to all sangat this gurdwara has a parking area also and also having market behind the gurdwara Sahib..ji ..all were requested to pls once go in this gurdwara and kindly aware from the history of Sikh dharam to their upcoming generations....
