Recently purchased a Hyundai i20 from Popular motors Perumbavoor. The executives are very well mannered and friendly. There was no hesitation in arranging TDs for whichever vehicles I requested. The booking and delivery was very smooth thanks to Anil CR who was the executive in charge. He made all the necessary arrangements and answered all the queries I had . The fact that this place is minutes away from my home is an added bonus.

The car service experience was excellent, with exceptional customer service. While traveling from Kottayam to Nedumbassery, we encountered a clutch issue that left us stranded. We contacted the service manager .However, when we reached out for support, they were incredibly cooperative and promptly arranged a taxi for us. The entire service was completed efficiently within just 45 minutes.

I got my Venue SX(O) DCT delivered in January. The delivery experience was superb. Simply loved it and the salesperson, Gananath was so supportive with all the test drives and the elaboration on different models. Even all the accessories installation was all very smooth. I could contact Gananath for all kinds of queries and he is always willing to help. The first service experience also went well. Overall, a big thumbs up! 😊
