Usually I'm an online shopper but sometimes you need to feel some things before you can proceed to buy. This place is one of them. Stuff are professional and well behaved 😄

Probably the best BATA store! The stock here is excellent, the items here are well arranged and you can never find a single grain of dust on those items! Very well maintained store. The store manager is very charming and has good knowledge about the items in the store. The staff here are excellent and very professional. They too have very good knowledge about the items and they are there for any doubt or problem you might be facing with a shoe or any other item. The store itself is located in a very posh area. If you like a shoe but the store doesn't have the size you need, you can tell the manager about it and he will give you a solution to it. He is a very professional and friendly gentleman.
Overall, my experience here is first class! I would love to visit here again.

I have visited BATA, Serampore a number of times and I have been very pleased with the staffs and the Store Manager. The behavior of everyone present there including the staffs and the Store Manager is very cordial and appreciating. They are very polite and humble in all of their dealings. I also appreciate the quality of all the products of the shop. Different varities are available and they cater to the needs of all category of people. I would request each one to visit this Store and get their favourite items at the drop of an hat.

Good Collection of shoes for all age group. There is huge collection of designer ladies shoes also.

I bough many shoes from bata but a shoe was damaged after buying from 1month and bata exchanged the shoe. I really wants to give 5 star because it's return policy was also very good and shoes' quality are very good.

Nice Bata showroom in Serampore. The showroom has wide range of products for kids, ladies and jents. Different types of accessories are also available here. Owner and Staffs are courtious. Good outlet.

The collection is better than any other Bata store in the district.

Good collection for ladies , gents and kids , quite big shop of B B Dey Street of serampore , can be easily reached from station . Location wise it is very good .
