Best local food I ever experienced. Very Nice and friendly family place with always a big smile and a good sharing.

Very friendly, and it seems like they serve whatever they have the ingredients for, thus it's very fresh! In our case it was the best coconut chutney I tasted so far. Homely ambience and very low prices.

Nice local restaurant: the place was only serving one meal: a good thali. Food is freash and cheap. The thali is served on a banana leaf. Owner speak good english and is sympatic.
PS: the chai is good as well

They serve homely meals, as per visitor’s request and serve unlimited portions to the heart’s content! The owner is very friendly and a good host. Pocket friendly too!

Bad first impression: owner was not very friendly and dishes takes a very long time to appear.

Finally the experience was good: the thali (served on banana's leaf) was very fresh and homemade (not the kind of food you will find in Hampi/Virupapur!), tasted good and the price was very correct for Hampi (150 ₹ per person). A big weakness remains: the portions were VERY small. A group of Indian males who arrives shortly after us got twice the quantity we had :-/
