stayed in this hotel with my family on holiday. It is a wonderful hotel with beautiful ambience, excellent facilities and wonderful services. The hotel building is in a beautiful Moghul palace style with well-pointed lush gardens and in-the-garden dinning setting for guests. All rooms have beautiful views to the garden or the swimming pool.

The hotel lives up to the name of the Taj brand! The service is top notch, they make the guest feel very comfortable. They even accommodated our request for room upgrade and attended to our request for extra bedding very late night as well. We had dinner in the garden area, which was good but can be improved. I’m sure this is a hot property in tourist season as it was decently expensive on the weekend as well. I’m sure this is the best hotel to stay in Aurangabad.

We stayed for 2 nights and the experience was amazing. The rooms, the decor and the property is very nice.
The service was top notch. Right from check-in to check-out was a good experience. The staff is very friendly and are always ready to go out of their way to help you.
Special shoutout to Shishupal and Sheetal from Latitude. Sunday morning was very busy, however, they were courteous and were guiding the guests for seating arrangements.

Stayed here with parents. Had an amazing experience. The staff went beyond to ensure we had a nice stay and felt special. Would definitely recommend. Food was good too, ate at the open air restaurant on the premises.

All rooms have beautiful views to the garden or the swimming pool. The staff are all super nice and are most helpful to attend your needs. I had a request for personal reasons to change the rooms and they arranged it happily for the second night of our stay. The kitchen staff are very nice (Santosh Shitak, Sainath Rathod) and will do any extra yard to meet your request. The rooms are good and very clean. It was a wonderful stay for the family. I highly recommend this hotel if you come to visit Aurangabad!

When one books at a Taj property,one usually knows what to expect, especially regarding their service standards,but our experience at the Aurangabad Vivanta Taj was another level of service excellence!The Namaste greetings by the security at the gate sets the tone for the stay .The entire staff is trained to make sure you are comfortable and they bend backwards to make sure you are enjoying their hospitality.I would like to mention a few of them here..Sheshpal,Jaya,Rajender Chef Sainath ,Room service by Shivaji Chavan...and so many of them who would either greet us in the hotel corridors or hurry to carry the parcels or bags in our hands...always cheerful and warm.Thank you to all of them for making our holiday special

We had booked with Vivanta Aurangabad Team for our anniversary celebration. We have found the whole process from inquiry to checkout very impressive.

Om Tayde has been very helpful in understanding our requirements and booking confirmation.
During check-in, Anubhav has been of great help who provided with an option for us to freshen up from early morning flight so that we proceed with sightseeing.
Housekeeping team and special mention to Santosh Ji who decorated our room beautifully and made our welcome grand. (I hope the team upload the picture taken). The anniversary celebration cake tasted out of the world.

Then the restaurant team including Santosh, Ambras, Shishpal, Sheetal, Vaishnavi and many others who took the dining experience to next level. The chef Subhadeep Bhattacharya Ji is gem of their team who ensured to ask for any special requests.

Last but not the least, Upasana made sure for the smooth checkout.
The hospitality and love shown by the team during our stay created much more memories for us. Will be looking forward to meet them again in Aurangabad or any other Taj properties.

Our 3 night stay at Vivanta Aurangabad from 26th to 29th Dec 23 was one of the best. The service and the attention to detail is second to none.Would especially like to thank Mr.Rana for his care over those 3 days. The food everyday again was a highlight, thanks to Chef Bhattacharya. Would highly recommend a stay here if you are in Aurangabad

Only thing which can be improved are the outdoor changing rooms / showers in the swimming pool area.

Amazing place to stay with family and friends , beautiful structure of the property situated in a silent nature of surroundings which makes your stay so comfortable doesn’t even feel like to go out side the property,

Truly cherished with the hospitality of the staff and supporting members , they are so polite and humble in nature which I can say one of the strong and worth appreciating factor and may feel you like to re visit .

Food preparation of latitude is so delicious and awesome ,the chef Bhattacharya and Sainath s are so humble and polite in nature ,they will ensure the food items are prepared as per our requirement and will see to it we are enjoying the food .

Truly a seven star experience. This is a hotel built on a grand scale with sprawling lawns and common areas. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with immaculate housekeeping. The lawns and swimming pool are large with a real resort feel. The service is absolutely amazing. Each and every member of the staff is extremely well trained. The food is amazing and the levels that Chef Rathod and his crew went through to give us a great localised experience was praiseworthy. Even though all the staff were outstanding, I can only mention a few by name - thank you to Anubhav at the front desk, Santosh, Sheetal and Bhagwat at the restaurants and the whole crew. A special thank you to Kayser Mirza for taking care of one of our group with an injury. Best place to stay whilst visiting Ellora and Ajanta.

It was excellent experience of Taj culture. Very well mannered staff at front desk, room service and dining room. Each one is very cartious, we specifically wish to mention the name VAISHNAVI , a staff in dining very polite and caring. We can't stop us to recommend all our knowing circle for Vivanta.

Excellent service by all staff , food quality is very good, all food very tasty, fresh tea live counter very good = Santosh, shishpal, bhagwat, shital, chef sainath served us excellent and i will highly recommend this hotel to family and friends

It's bit away from railway station and airport but the service is very good. We had our office party for the complete day and it was worth it. Will definitely recommend.
