Dongrama Home Stay, Tura Meghalaya

We had three days stay at Dongrama Home stay and needless to say it was truly an amazing experience. Pristine surroundings, homely stay, extremely helpful staff, excellent service, extraordinarily clean rooms and abundant privacy. We can't ask for more in a vacation. The rooms have their own terraces which provided open space to have common dinner with friends. It was a memorable stay and we know where to stay when we visit Tura next time...

Great homestay with very spacious rooms and lovely service. The owners looked after me really well and went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. Even packed meals for me when I was on the road. They also offer a tour services to Nokrek and other popular tourist spots. Highly recommended place when you are in Tura.

Rooms are spacious and clean and the service is excellent, behaviour of the staffs is commendable and the owner is welcoming, I would recommend my friends & families to come & stay in Dongrama Homestay

Is undoubtedly the best in entire Tura. Location wise -best. Service wish best, Hospitality wise -best. Over all it was indeed amazing experience.

The food supplied by the owner is in single word awesome.
Considering the location and cost the for staying including food is found to be reasonable.
Only drawback the width of the connecting road is less than standard and location little bit inside from the heart of tura town.
However to enjoy nature and peace it is an ideal location to stay.

It was a pleasant and memorable stay here, the rooms were very clean and well maintained . Food was awesome,the garo dishes i will forever relish, the host and his family were so kind and wonderful. I would definitely come and stay here again and definitely suggest anyone visiting Tura to definitely stay here . It felt like home away from home. The service is just commendable . Lovely location with the best host.It’s so clean....excellent homemade food and great hospitality.
We went there with our 7 month old baby and honestly saying we couldn’t make ask for more.
The couple along with their kids even guided us to various tourist spot.
A must stay in this place.

I cannot express how wonderful this place is. It's great if you want to escape your daily mundane routine and want to experience harmony between nature in a far away place between some really nice people. Our friend recommended me this home stay. Me and my friend stayed here for two days and we had a very pleasant experience. The host family is extremely kind and was very welcoming. The rooms are spacious and the entire compound is huge with various kinds of plantations. Good local food and a wonderful overall experience. Definitely recommended.

If you’re in TURA -place to stay is Dongrama Homestay. Simply thank you would not be enough for Host -Mr.John Oshwin. Right from the accommodation, food ,cab to travel nearby places everything will be taken care of by him. The place is full of greenery and use of water resources to the point. If you’re lucky enough then his youngest son is added bonus to entertain the guest. This homestay believes in Service the guest with the Smile.

Amazing place to stay with a good price. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Best thing about this homestay is its location and cleanliness. From rooms to over-all premises you will not see anything messy or dirty. Food is reasonable, tasty and good quantity.
