Very good waterfall in the outskirts of Tura. Though the pictures I’ve uploaded don’t look exceptional, the water looks great in winters. Now it’s a little muddy due to ongoing rains. The current is very strong so it’s NOT SAFE to get into water or go around on the rocks in it’s banks. They’ve built two view points for observation from where you can safely view the falls. When you stand in the lower observation point it gives you a better view and since you’re closer to the falls, tiny droplets of water fall on you which is a very magical feeling.
If you like adventure, you can walk on the hanging bridge and explore the other side. There is no entrance fee to this place. The road leading to this place is mud road and not in a great condition so you have to park your vehicle a bit behind and walk down to the falls. They are in the process of putting interlocks in the access road, the work is in process. Highly recommend visiting this place in the winters when the water is clear. But this is not one of the falls where you can get into the water.

Pelga Falls: - A waterfall in Meghalaya very close to the Bangladesh border.
Its located 12 km northwest of Tura town in the Indian state of Meghalaya.
The wide stone cliffs and the hanging bridge made of bamboo will undoubtedly fill your mind with peace. It is very easy to walk around in a noise-free and intensive environment.
How to go: - 1st day: -
From Dhaka go directly to Sherpur / Nalitabari by bus to Nalitabari. The rent is 300 rupees. You will reach by 10 am by auto / CNG 20 m. Arrive at Nakuga Land Port (attach Dai Road to Indian Visa). There is no crowd at this port, you can reach Dalu Bazaar on the Indian border by 11 am by immigration.
From there you can reach Tura town by bus or shared jeep in half an hour. The fare is 100 rupees. After eating something light at noon, take CNG and go to Pelga Falls fare 300/400 rupees up-down. It will be almost evening to come back. You can spend time shopping at Tura Super Market in the center of Tura city. You can get a hotel room in Tura for between Rs. 1000/1200 for overnight stay.
Day 2: - You can wake up in the morning and walk around the town of Tura, which is formed in the folds of the mountain. At the end of breakfast, you can take a jeep / CNG tour of several more clear waterfalls, DC Park, etc. Get out in the middle of the afternoon and reach Dalu Bazaar by bus at 3 in the afternoon.
Arrive in Bangladesh at 4 o'clock after immigration and get on the Dhaka-bound bus.
Note: Do not throw dirt, bottles, polythene everywhere. I am aware of protecting the environment.
Happy traveling.

Nice. But roads are in very bad condition to reach the falls. There is a hanging Bamboo bridge also to cross the river. Meghalaya tourism must do a lot to promote this place

Tourist department and people should maintain this beauty. People are throwing plastic bottles, food packets and drinking alcohol near to this waterfall.
