This is only the stadium in Aizawl which is well maintained and of proper size. Many nation sports, mainly football have been organised here. This stadium helps the sport personnel to enhance their sporty quality and make it ready for international and national competitions.

One of the best ground, largest capacity stadium we have in Aizawl, Sports and Youth Services look after the ground... If only they could provide dressing room, for every teams playing any tournament in this ground.

Rajiv Gandhi Stadium is a football stadium in Mualpui, Salem Veng, Aizawl, Mizoram, India. It is used mainly for football and Athletic games.

The stadium is a two tier stadium. The stadium under construction will have a seating capacity of 20,000 spectators.

The Foundation stone for Rajiv Gandhi Stadium, Salem Veng, Mualpui, Aizawl was laid by Sonia Gandhi on 6 March 2010 in presence of Chief Minister of Mizoram, Pu Lalthanhawla. So far, only the Western Gallery has been constructed, there are now plans to construct the Eastern Gallery along with lighting facility. This complex was the venue for the 26th 2012 Northeast Games.

One and only stadium in Aizawl as located in mualpui this stadium is quite easy to visit and there's an indoor stadium near the Rajiv Gandhi satidium people can come and enjoy the view of both the stadium as it is located in the same location...
