Nice place, friendly staff and good service. I have been here for free servicing of my Tata Nexon XZ+ (petrol) twice. The last time even though I was late due to Lockdown, the staff graciously offered free servicing. I really appreciate this. The staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. Wonderful service.

The moment we arrived at the showroom, the reception was excellent. The communication from the staffs is good especially Mr. Benjamin Zonunsanga is excellent in customer care. Over all we are really satisfy with the management.

Their performance is commendable. I personally has never experienced such customer service in any Motor outlet in Aizawl. They are Tata's Branch Ambassadors in Mizoram.

It was a very good experience to get my TATA NEXON from here. The staff is very helpful and has guided me on every doubt/query I had. From the day of booking my car to the day of delivery, I have been guided very well.

I booked the harrier xz+ on the 8th of March 2021. I was told that the waiting period could be 2 to 2.5 months due to covid-19 restrictions. I was mentally prepared for the waiting period before hand. I got a call on the 1st week of April from the team and to my surprise, I came to know that the car was in transit. Now I had to make plans to collect my car as the travel distance from my place to the showroom is around 9-12 hours.

The car reached the service centre on the 7th of April. My plan to travel to Aizawl had to be postponed due to some programs in the family. However, I was sure that I will be able to travel on 17th of April. Unfortunately, covid19 positive cases were detected in huge numbers and partial lockdown had to be declared in some areas. So my chances of getting the car in the nearby days was gloomy. There was no chance for me to go out of my town.

I have conveyed the same to the team at NBE. They didn't waste a minute, they sat down had some rounds of meeting among the team members and hence it was decided that the customer can't come to the car but the car can go to the customer. On the early morning of 23rd April 2021, they started their journey from Aizawl and delivered to me the same day at around 4pm. I am so thankful and grateful to them for having taken the pain to drive this far. Thank you National Business Enterprise.
