One such place to have authentic maharashtrian cuisine. Steaming hot ukideche modak, thalipeeth with loni are soul soothing. Summer special, raw mango(Kairi) Panha is must try.

In my recent trip to Nashik I found this place. Highly recommended for authentic marathi veg food. Many dishes which you won't get anywhere...😊👍 If you are in Nashik visit this place without fail. Even the owner is very welcoming.

We had traveled from Hyderabad to Pune+Nashik+adjoining areas. We had breakfast at this cafe...very soft idli and tasty parantha. Misal paav was decent too. We were looking for a good tea since 2 days and had an awesome tea here. Must visit place.

Great place for authentic maharashtrian food. Ordered Misal and sada dosa. Misal was very flavorful. I was worried it would be too spicy for me but it was perfectly spiced. You can make it more spicy with the curry they give on the side. The service was quick and the staff was very polite and attentive.

I was new in Nashik and found out about this cafe from Google. I ordered amul pavbhaji and one cheese pizza for my daughter..she demanded corn they even searched for corn but it wasn't available. Though placing the order was quick and approx 15min was the waiting time which is good. The ambiance of the place was amazing. Finally when I had my order i found that the quantity was so good that in one pavbhaji with extra bread 2 people can dine easily and when coming to taste it was also good that we were happy to have a second container of bhaji for the next morning,😉

My daughter also liked pizza and she enjoyed it.
P.S. Hope they remember my daughter...as she said when your garden has a lot of flowers please call me I'll come again 😂

This is like small road side restaurant.
Best of this is quality food.
As we gets Jain food also
Like puranpoli is just amazing.
Then we order Jain Thali pit which is maharashtrian dish very nice in taste.
Then we drink solekadhi good taste like chaas with kokak taste.
One more item I recommend is Dal khichdi.
Ambition is not great, but food is excellent
Price is normal.
Staff and services are good.

A perfect place if you are looking for a very basic and home style food. Food here is very limited and they don’t have a huge menu instead they serve signature dishes from marathi cuisine. Things which you cannot miss here are thalipeeth, aloo chi bhaji, puran polo, modak, veg thali and day special dishes. Hygiene standards are well maintained and pricing is very economical. You can expect a fast and prompt service.

I had Thalipeeth and Sol Kadi.. Great modern twist to traditional maharashtrian food. Will visit again to try the other dishes

Yummy food. We had sabudana kitchadi, Misal and plain dosa. Everything was tasty.

A great take on traditional Marathi cuisine, served in modern ways, Modern Cafe is quite a surprise. Located along the busy College Road, the menu is a wonderful combination of traditional and modern, serving both palettes, so there's something for everyone here. The thalipeeth with a dollop of loni is a must try! However, it can get crowded, so plan accordingly. Parking available on the road, and accessible to everyone.
