Afraid of their reviews about security deposit/refund first but once i dealt with them, it was amazing experience with the car, policy, dealing and security refund. Get my refund swiftly, asked ovo about bad reviews and get to know, when people damage cars and don’t ready to pay for the damage and neglects all terms present in their agreement/policy and forcefully harass ovo to refund them, they say one person put 5-6 bad reviews from different people and different id’s and blackmail them to refund unless he/she will kept doing it.
So being ovo user, i urge such people to use some humanity and professionalism to understand their concern and policy even read policy before taking cars from them.
