Shanti Café

I loved this cafe! Service is good, fresh juices and fruit. We also order chapati with hummus and it was really good. Is a nice place to take a break and relax. They have free WiFi.

Very nice place, not easy to find, but definitely worth the effort.
We came tired after a hike to the top of Mt. Arunchala, and got a great meal, fresh and tasty, beautiful drinks and a fantastic service.
We were offered an additional local dish to taste, and fruit when we left.
Also very reasonable prices.

Almond flour chocolate cake is the best. Must try ! This place doesn't have a board. Follow the map. The location is correct. It is on the first floor.

A cute western cafe in a simple shack. The food is definitely good and mostly attracts foreign tourists. The almond chocolate cake was actually almond flour cake and tasted like a piece of heaven. The owner of the cafe was such a friendly person. Beware of the portion size before you order, it’s king size 😀

Lovely place - don't be fooled by the ambience or surroundings. Excellent food and service. Staff is prompt, courteous and helpful. Ordered papaya juice (which was served without sugar, and honey and lemon juice at the side and the most delicious ginger cookie I have had so far), chocolate almond cake. Portions are generous. Good value for money. Would just advise the owners to put up a Signboard so that's it's easy to find. GPS Is accurate though.

Its a shack very homely experience.Many foreigners spend relaxing time here. Ordered thali the quantity was humungus with South India flavour. It can be made bland if you don't prefer spices.

Cafe serves very good western food in whole Tiruvannamalai. More than a food, its people who are very kind and generous, ready to help you with anything. They even made south indian food since we were tired after coming from Skandhashramam trail. Must visit when you are in Tiruvannamalai.

A really good and quiet place to have a break from the noise. The owners are welcoming and happy faced which will help you boost the mood up a bit. The salads are good to have here.

Long serving, friendly cafe offering selection of western foods and snacks. Iced mint lemon a delight! Coffee is pretty good too. Downstairs is the famous Internet and travel service, where service still comes first. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.
